The report highlights widespread problems, including the “8.00am scramble” to get an appointment, difficulties getting through on the phone, not being able to see a regular doctor, lack of clear surgery communication and digital barriers.

Listening Hubs are your opportunity to share your health and social care experiences to help shape services while connecting with your local community.

Healthwatch Cornwall facilitates five Partnership Boards: Mental Health, Carers, Learning Disability, Autism and Aging well. The Boards meet quarterly and are attended by both people that use health and care services and unpaid carers who are experts through their experience.

The more people share their ideas and experiences about health and social care with us, the more services can understand what works, what doesn't and what people want from care in the future.
