The report highlights widespread problems, including the “8.00am scramble” to get an appointment, difficulties getting through on the phone, not being able to see a regular doctor, lack of clear surgery communication and digital barriers.

Healthwatch Cornwall facilitates five Partnership Boards: Mental Health, Carers, Learning Disability, Autism and Ageing well. The Boards meet quarterly and are attended by both people that use health and care services and unpaid carers who are experts through their experience.
