Jessica Fortune, Research and Engagement Coordinator
Jessica produces insightful research reports based on engagement and data gathered from the team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement various engagement initiatives. She analyses data, prepares comprehensive findings, and writes meaningful reports that drive sustainable and positive change in health and social care.

Sarah Jones, Project Coordinator (Core)
Sarah oversees the efficient coordination and management of various projects and engagement activities with the community, collecting feedback from service users regarding health and social care services in Cornwall, to deliver impactful outcomes.

Amanda Elson, Data Officer
Amanda works as Data Officer to document and report all the feedback we receive. She works closely with the Research Manager ensuring all our data is up-to-date and available for use in our reports.

Rachel Benney, Contracts and Performance Manager (Operations)
Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services including contract management, compliance / governance, and team management. Overseeing operational processes and optimising performance to enhance the quality of health and social care services in Cornwall.

Caroline Hampton, Administrator
Caroline oversees a broad spectrum of business support functions at Healthwatch Cornwall, including finance, HR, and facilities management. As the primary office contact for the Board of Directors, she also manages the information phone line and ensures administrative support for the entire team.

Mike Hooper, Partnership Boards Coordinator
Mike is responsible for coordinating and managing the Partnership Boards in liaison with the individual group chairs and key stakeholders for each board. Mike facilitates the development of the groups’ strategies and plans, organises regular meetings, ensures actions are progressed and seeks to ensure diverse representation from across each target group.
