We've launched Listening Hubs

We've launched Listening Hubs — welcoming spaces for meaningful conversations that drive change in health and social care across Cornwall.

Why attend a listening hub? We want to ensure every voice in Cornwall is heard, especially in rural, isolated or underserved communities so we are bringing Listening Hubs to you in venues across the County.  Listening Hubs are your opportunity to share your health and social care experiences to help shape services while connecting with your local community.

At our Listening Hubs, you can expect:

  • Open conversations: Share your experiences of local health and social care services.
  • Discussion activities: Participate in discussions focused on the topics that affect you, chosen by you and your community
  • Community Connection: Meet others in your area and discover how to get involved in volunteering opportunities with Healthwatch Cornwall.
  • Engagement and feedback: Your feedback will help shape services, and drive positive change.

Topics we would like to explore include, but are not limited to:

  • What changes you would like to see in the healthcare system in rural Cornwall
  • How you access doctors or healthcare professionals
  • Your experiences of mental health services
  • How the cost-of-living crisis affects you

Get Involved! We encourage you to come along to a Listening Hub and share your views on the things affecting you in your area. We’re here to listen.

Join us. Come along to one of our drop-in sessions to share your experiences, find out about local support, and discover how your feedback helps us create lasting change. Together, we can make a difference in Cornwall's health and social care services.

If you are unable to attend in-person you can also share your experiences online here
