By entering, entrants confirm they are residents of Cornwall and are 18+ years of age. Employees and immediate family members of Healthwatch Cornwall are not eligible to participate. One entry permitted per person. Entries must be submitted by midnight on 18th December 2024. The winner will be selected at random using a random generator tool. Participants data will be used in line with GDPR regulation. Healthwatch Cornwall reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these T&Cs or engages in fraudulent activity and is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participation.
